I reached out to friends for a reputable travel agent/agency and was recommended Heather. She was excellent with her communication skills, understanding our requests, knowledgeable of locations and made recommendations and suggestions. She was prompt with return phone calls, and email replies, even followed up to ensure all went well during and after our trip.
