Karen'sTrip

The first time I stepped foot on Italian soil was in 2015 with my former colleague, Karen. This was her second trip to Italy. Being a Geography teacher, she had no trouble navigating the small side streets near Vatican City to bring us straight to the restaurants where we had the most delicious pizza and pasta! Karen loves to travel and we love to travel with her. She’s one of the most positive and fun people you will ever meet.

This is Karen’s trip!

Even if you're not an Art and History lover, Italy will turn you into one! The depth of historical significance is staggering and the sheer beauty of the art is awe-inspiring.

With jaw-dropping sites around every corner, Rome is a city like no other! Marvel at ancient marble ruins, medieval streets, early Christian churches, spectacular Renaissance art and Baroque fountains all mingled amongst Rome’s nearly three million people. Combine these sights and sounds with the sumptuous flavours of authentic Italian cuisine and you’ll never want to leave!

Check out my blog for a more detailed description of recommended sites.
